How SupraOrder works
Tips for restaurants: where things are and how they work. No need to read it all — jump to the section you need.
🚀 Getting started
- Sign up at /dashboard → Sign up: restaurant name, storefront address in Latin letters (suggested automatically), email and password. The storefront is live right away at
/r/your-address(online:your-address.supraorder.ge). - The dashboard has five tabs: Orders, Menu, Analytics, Promotion, Settings. Top right — the “Storefront ↗” link.
- The first-steps checklist on the Orders tab shows what is left: dishes, phone and address, Telegram, email confirmation, first order.
- Confirm your email from the message we send — it is how you recover access if you forget the password.
🛍 The customer’s storefront
- Menu by section with photos, cart, checkout: delivery or pickup, district (if you have zones) or location (if you have several), time, name and phone, comment, promo code.
- Language — RU / EN / KA in the header; the default is in “Settings → Storefront”. Currency — same place.
- Order page: status “accepted → cooking → on the way → delivered”, the time “arrives at about 14:35”, the reason if declined. “My orders” lists that customer’s orders.
- “Group set within a budget” and the AI assistant (“we are 8, budget 300 ₾, two vegetarians”) — on Business and Pro; the AI picks only from your menu and the site does the maths.
- The storefront link shows a preview with a dish photo when shared in WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram.
🧾 Orders
- The Orders tab refreshes every 5 seconds; new orders are highlighted with a sound, and the count shows in the browser tab.
- Accept — with a time (30/45/60/90 min): the customer sees “arrives by 14:35”. Then “Cooking” → “Hand to courier / Ready for pickup” → “Delivered / Picked up”.
- Decline — with a reason the customer will see. A card-paid order is refunded automatically when declined.
- Card-paid orders reach the kitchen only after the bank confirms the payment.
- “⤓ Excel” — export orders for 7/30/90 days as CSV (opens in Excel with correct characters).
✈️ Telegram
- In Telegram open @BotFather, send
/newbot, copy the token. Send your bot/startor add it to your work group. - “Settings → Telegram notifications”: paste the token, “Find my chat”, pick the chat, save, “Send test”.
- Under every order in the chat — buttons “Accept · 30/45/60 min”, “Cooking”, “On the way”, “Decline”. A status set in the dashboard updates the message too. (Buttons work when the platform runs on its own domain.)
- Several locations (Pro): each has its own chat id — an order goes to its location’s chat.
🚚 Delivery and pickup
- “Settings → Delivery and pickup”: delivery fee, “free from”, minimum order, service fee; switch delivery and pickup on or off.
- Delivery zones: their own fee, threshold and minimum per district — the customer picks the district at checkout.
- Locations (Pro): address, phone, hours and a kitchen chat for each; the customer picks the location.
🕒 Opening hours
- “Settings → Restaurant → Opening hours by schedule”: hours per weekday, days off, time zone. The storefront closes itself and shows “Closed right now — we open tomorrow at 11:00”.
- A shift past midnight (18:00–02:00) is fine. “Same as Monday” copies the hours to every day.
- A break mid-day — the “Accept orders” switch in “Settings → Storefront”.
🍽 Ordering at the table
- “Settings → Dining room”: switch on “Order at the table”, set the dining service charge (%), the tip options (5, 10, 15 % and a custom amount), add waiters and tables. A waiter is assigned to tables for the shift; add their Telegram chat id so orders and calls from their tables reach them personally.
- “Promotion → Table QR codes”: every table has its own QR (it opens the storefront with the table number and the waiter). Print 4 cards per A4 sheet.
- The guest scans the QR, sees the “Table 5 · waiter Nino” bar, orders from their phone, picks a tip and pays the waiter (the bill is brought) or by card online (Pro plan). Name and phone are optional.
- “Call the waiter” and “Ask for the bill” send a message to the kitchen and the waiter (at most once a minute per table).
- The order reaches the kitchen like any other: “Accept · 15 min → Cooking → Bringing to the table → Served”. Analytics shows orders, revenue and tips per waiter; the Excel export has the table, waiter and tip columns.
- A waiter link:
?table=…&w=<waiter id>— hand waiters personal QR cards so a guest is attached to whoever serves them.
🏷 Promo codes and promotion
- “Promotion → Promo codes”: the code (FIRST10), a % or fixed discount, a minimum food total, an end date, a usage limit, on/off. The discount applies to the food total; the free-delivery threshold and the minimum are checked before the discount.
- Also there: the link and QR code (SVG), 4 printable cards per A4 sheet for tables, a 1080×1350 Instagram image and ready-made post texts.
💳 Payments
- By default the customer pays on delivery — cash or card to the courier, whatever suits you.
- Card online (Pro plan): sign an e-commerce acquiring agreement with Bank of Georgia, take the Client ID and Client Secret from the bank’s business portal and paste them into “Settings → Card payments”. The money goes to your account; the platform never touches it.
- Paid on the bank page after cancelling — refunded automatically. Payment failed — the customer can retry or choose pay on delivery.
⭐ Plans and subscription
- Start — free, up to 50 orders a month; Business — 49 ₾: unlimited, group set and AI, your own domain; Pro — 99 ₾: card payments, locations, analytics. A year costs 10 months.
- “Settings → Plan and billing”: issue an invoice (month or year) → pay by bank transfer using the details, or by card right on the invoice page. The plan switches on automatically after payment (bank transfers — once confirmed by the platform).
- When the paid period ends the plan keeps working for 7 more days, then the storefront goes back to Start; you can renew at any time.
🌐 Your own domain
- On Business and Pro: at your registrar create a CNAME
order.yoursite.ge → supraorder.geand a TXT record_supraorder.order.yoursite.gewith the value from the dashboard (supraorder-verify=…). - “Settings → Your domain”: save the domain and click “Check DNS”. DNS updates take up to a few hours; once verified, the HTTPS certificate is issued automatically.
📊 Analytics
- Orders and revenue by day, average order, top dishes, order hours (for posts and offers), delivery vs pickup, districts and locations, customer languages, repeat customers.
- On Pro — 7/30/90 days and a location filter; on other plans — the last 7 days.
🔐 Security and access
- Change the password in “Settings → Password”; forgot it — “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page (the email link is valid for 1 hour).
- Two-factor sign-in: “Settings → Two-factor protection” — a QR code for Google Authenticator / 1Password / Authy and 8 backup codes (save them!). Signing in then needs the password and the app code.
- Lost the phone and the codes — write to support: we reset the protection after checking it is really the owner.
- Your menu, orders and customers are visible only to you; data is never sold or used for advertising (see the Terms).
