Storefront and link
An address like your-name.supraorder.ge — for your Instagram bio, packaging and a QR code on the tables. Link previews with a photo in WhatsApp.
A menu with photos, a cart, delivery on your terms and orders straight to Telegram — with “Accept” and “Decline” buttons. Regulars order from you directly, not through an aggregator that keeps 20–30%.

Dishes with photos, weight, extras and tags like “spicy” or “meat-free”. Import from Excel or plain text. Sold-out with one switch.
Delivery fee, free-delivery threshold, minimum order, pickup, zones by district. You deliver yourselves — as you do now.
Every order lands in your chat. “Accept · 30 min”, “Cooking”, “On the way”, “Decline” — without opening the dashboard.
The customer types “10 people, 300 ₾” — the site builds 2–3 options from your menu. Big orders without back-and-forth.
“We are 8, budget 300 ₾, two vegetarians” — the AI picks only from your menu. The site does the maths; the AI cannot invent a dish or a price.
The storefront in three languages; the customer picks theirs. Dish names in English and Georgian are optional.
“Accepted, arrives by 14:35 → cooking → on the way → delivered” — the customer sees it without calling.
A guest scans the QR code on the table, orders from their phone and leaves a tip for the waiter. The order goes to the kitchen and the waiter; “call the waiter” and “the bill” are one tap away.
The storefront closes itself at night and says “we open tomorrow at 11:00”. Discount codes for stories and first orders.
On Pro: the guest pays on the Bank of Georgia page and the money goes to your account. Declined an order — the refund is automatic. Several locations, each with its own kitchen chat.
Revenue by day, average order, top dishes, busy hours, repeat guests, tips per waiter. Export orders to Excel.
Restaurant name, storefront address, email — one minute.
Add dishes and your terms. We will move your menu over for free.

The essentials in short. The full walkthrough is on the “How SupraOrder works” page.
In the dashboard (the Orders page refreshes itself, new ones play a sound) and in Telegram once you connect a bot — it takes two minutes. Under each Telegram order there are status buttons, and if you have several locations, each gets its own chat.
Directly from the customer: cash or card on delivery, or on the Pro plan by card online to your Bank of Georgia account. SupraOrder never touches your money and takes no percentage.
A menu with photos by section, a cart, checkout with a district or location, and an order page with the status and time: “accepted, arrives at about 14:35”.
Set your hours per weekday — the storefront closes itself and shows “we open tomorrow at 11:00”. Need a break mid-day? One switch, “Accept orders”.
Paste a table from Excel or Google Sheets (or plain text “name — price” with sections), click “Check”, then “Add”. Photos can be added later in each dish.
“Promotion → Promo codes”: the code, a percentage or fixed discount, a minimum order, an end date and a usage limit. The customer enters the code in the cart.
In “Settings → Dining room” switch it on, add tables and waiters, and assign a waiter to tables for the shift. Print the QR cards — each table has its own code. The guest scans it, orders, picks a tip (5/10/15 % or a custom amount) and pays the waiter or by card. The order and the “call the waiter / the bill” requests reach the kitchen and the waiter personally in Telegram.
On Business and Pro: a CNAME to supraorder.ge plus a TXT record with the code from your dashboard — the HTTPS certificate is issued automatically.
Passwords are never stored in plain text, there is two-factor sign-in with a phone app, recovery by email and bot protection. One restaurant’s menu, orders and customers are never visible to another.
Pay by invoice or card, monthly or yearly — a year costs 10 months. Customers’ money goes straight to the restaurant.
No POS is needed. You deliver — with your own couriers or a taxi, as you do now. Pickup-only works too.
Until the end of the month the storefront shows your phone number instead of the order button. You can switch to Business at any time.
Yes, on Pro: connect your own Bank of Georgia merchant agreement, the customer pays on the bank’s page and the money goes to your account. If you decline an order, the refund is automatic.
Nothing: no service fees on top of your prices. Any service fee or delivery price is set by you.
Open the demo: menu, cart, checkout and the order page. Everything works on a phone too.
